1. All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to hold the horse. You will receive a preliminary contract specifying a date by which the balance must be paid in full and the horse removed from Chantilly Lace farm.
   If the balance is not paid by the required date, or other arrangement agreed to, then Chantilly Lace reserves the right to charge board or put the horse back on the market.

3. No horse or registration papers will be transferred until the invoice and any associated costs are paid in full.

4. We accept cash, cashiers check or personal check. However, personal checks must clear before the sale is considered final and the horse may be removed from Chantilly Lace.

5. The transports costs are not included in the sale price.

6. NO warranties or guarantees are implied or should be assumed unless specified in a sales contract. Ponies will be up to date on vaccinations, worming and feet will be shod. Buyer pays for coggins test and health certificate if needed.

7. All sales are final.
